Expert Neurootologist with specialization in Cochlear Implant , Complicated and Revision Ear Surgery and Lateral Skull Base Surgery , He is felicitated by Health Minister of Gujarat for starting Transnasal Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery in Gujarat and also performing largest number of Transnasal Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery like Pituatory Tumour’s , Craniopharyngioma’s and other anterior Skull Base Lesion’s

He is past president of Larynx and Voice Association for the year of 2018-2019 and greatly skilled with Trans-oral laser work for laryngeal lesions and runs voice clinic and singer’s clinic where laryngologist and Speech and Language Pathologist work as a team under one roof, Airway and Swallowing Clinics are also available for difficult airway and swallowing disorder

He has numerous publications in National & International Journals and He is running K.J.Patel Memorial Foundation ( NGO) for helping severely and congenitally Deaf people and Cochlear Implantees, He runs unique initiative of ENT Classroom on YOUTUBE for spreading the knowledge of ENT and Head & Neck Surgeries with goal of Improving Results In Surgery ( IRIS) to Juniors and fellow colleagues

• He Was invited to do Micro Surgery of ear by Kenya Ear Foundation, Govt. of Kenya where I did 150 ear surgeries in 15 days.
• Pioneer in Cochlear Implant program in Gujarat.
• Laser Surgery in Ear, Nose and Throat and special interest in Transoral Laser Excision of Base Tongue, Supra Glottic and Glottic lesions. Wide experience in Phonomicrosurgery with laser of Larynx.
• Experienced Endoscopic Sinus Surgeon and has large series of Endoscopic Endonasal Skull base Procedures and Transnasal Endoscopic Pituitary surgery.
• Special interest in Coblation Assisted Tonsillectomy and Transoral Endoscopic Adenoidectomy and has Performed more than 1100 Coblation Assisted Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy and one of the largest series in India. Training Video CDs of these procedures have been distributed to 3,000 ENT surgeons of India.
• He has more than 12 Episodes on various ENT Diseases on TV in multiple TV programmes on Doordarshan-I /E-TV / TV-9 / V-TV . He anchored in Doordarshan-I local Popular “Hello Doctor” Programme and in this program, two live surgery episodes 1) Endoscopic Sinus surgery and 2) Coblation Tonsillectomy were also recorded at my hospital for awareness of general public.
• Organized a Workshop on “Coblation assisted surgeries in ENT” on 23rd and 24th February 2005. where 65 ENT surgeons from Gujarat participated and twelve live surgeries were shown at Sterling Hospital.
• Organized a Workshop on “New Trends in Phonosurgery” on 14th and 15th April 2007. where 70 ENT surgeons from Gujarat participated and six live surgeries were shown.
• Organized a workshop on “ Transnasal endoscopic skull base surgery”. Jointly with neurosurgeons and ENT surgeons of Gujarat at sterling hospital on February -2010.
• Successfully organized as organizing secratory 35th Annual Conference of AOI GSB ( State Conference) on 16th, 17th & 18th December, 2011.
• Started IRIS ( Improving Results in Surgery) unique academic activity targeted for young ENT Surgeons to train & update them on basic and advance ENT procedures. The first IRIS-2012 – Sinus update, was successfully conducted on 16th September,2012 where 105 ENT surgeons participated at Sterling Hospital, IRIS programme is going stronger we have organized 4 such programme on different subjects like 1) sleep disorder breathing. 2) endoscopic skull base 3) laser in ORL and HNS.
• Started unique Pituitary Clinic at department of ENT & Head & Neck Surgery at Sterling Hospital in association with Neurosurgeon & Endocrinologist.
• Successfully organized 2nd SAARC International Conference & 5th Annual Conference of Laryngology and Voice Association Technology in Laryngology at Ahmedabad in 2016. 350 Ent Surgeon Participated & He is President of Larynx & Voice Association for Year 2017-18.

He passed his undergraduation from rajasthan University of health sciences and got his post graduate degree MS ENT and head and neck surgery in 2021 with top rank. He has presented multiple papers in national conferences and has multiple publications on his name in well renowned international journals.

He is well versed with latest treatment and surgical trends and brings the new technologies with fresh warmth and zeal to the group.
